At Lumara Candles, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted candles. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Used candles 

Burned candles
Products damaged due to misuse
Change of mind after delivery

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is verified, we will provide either:

A free replacement, or
A full refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
